Care Animal Hospital of Pleasant Prairie is enrolled in Airvet. This app provides connected care with you during curbside appointments.
Moving forward, to ensure that you can continue to get the highest access levels of care for you and your pet, please make sure you have your account set up on the app.
When you arrive in our parking lot, call us to check in and we will initiate the Airvet appointment. Make sure notifications are allowed and you accept the request we send.
During curbside service, we will take payment via portable credit card terminals we bring to your car. If paying by Care Credit, you will be instructed to pay via the Care Credit app or through their link on our website. Cash and checks are still accepted. In the future, we’ll be using Airvet to do virtual progress exams, call-backs, and provide you access to a veterinarian when you need immediate help after hours.
