Medication Refill Requests

Call 24 Hours Ahead For Refills

Please call 24 hours ahead for medication refills. When calling our main line (262) 694-6515, please follow the prompts to place a medication refill request.

You will be directed to our pharmacy technician’s voicemail. In your message, please provide your first and last name, phone number, pet’s name, the medication you are requesting, and the quantity needed.

You will receive a text when your medication can be picked up.

  • Monday- Thursday: Requests made before 10 a.m. will be ready after 4 p.m.  Requests made after 10 a.m. will be ready the next day after 10 a.m.
  • Friday: Requests made before 12 pm will be ready after 4 p.m.
  • Medication requests will not be processed after 12 pm on Friday or on Saturday.
  • Please note: Per DEA guidelines, controlled medications will be filled at the time of pick-up; please arrive before 6:30 p.m.

We have two designated parking spots to the left of our front door. At these spaces are signs with a number to text pet information and what spot you are parked. Please make sure your cell number is kept up to date in your account with us.
