Kenosha veterinary services – delivered with courtesy and respect!

As a new client of Care Animal Hospital of Pleasant Prairie, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly. After checking in your pet, we’ll usher you into an examination room. If a room is not readily accessible, you will be asked to take a seat in the area specifically designated for waiting with dogs or cats until one becomes available.

IMG_0799In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and then recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which we usually do in the building, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted. This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we provide.

Our veterinary technician will return to the exam room and provide you with helpful pet care information, answer your pet care questions, and schedule any needed follow-up appointments. Invoicing is done in the exam room to allow your pet comfort while your transaction and visit are completed. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
